X-Country

Palmwoods X-Country 2016

Palmwoods SS held there annual X-country on Monday 21st March with all students putting their best foot forward. There was a big crowd in attendance to watch the students slug it out in what was at times hot and wet conditions.

The Junior program was held in hot and humid conditions which proved an extra obstacle for our Junior students. While the senior program was had sun and heavy rain to really add to the mix.

The focus for this year’s run was on “doing my best” and I’m happy to report that I thought  every student who ran past me at the finish line looked they had done their best. Great Job everyone. Also a big thank you to all the parents who attended to cheer the students on. I know the students  really enjoy having the support.
